Company and its mission

"Ocean" JSC was incorporated in Moscow, Russia in 2009 to become an executor and coordinator of innovation project "Ocean".

The Project was developed under the auspices of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation (the upper chamber of parliament) and is aimed at the development of maritime robotic industry, information support of maritime (deep-water) activity and underwater engineering services in Russia.

"Ocean" JSC is the parent company within a holding structure created for the implementation of the Project and the coordinating link in the scientific and production cooperation team that consists of leading Russian R&D and manufacturing enterprises.

Today government institutions, ministries and state agencies of Russia, largest Russian oil and gas companies and many other participants of maritime activity are among our potential partners and customers.

Our mission is to create and propose to the market a high-tech product – robotic complexes and underwater information systems – through consolidation and integration of Russian scientific and production capacities in the sphere of maritime robotics industry and information technologies.
